仙台市随一!?パワースポットとしても名高い神社

1607年に伊達政宗によって創建。安土桃山建築を代表する最古の建造物として国宝に指定されています。社殿は、豪華絢爛な装飾。正面には、鶴・鳳凰・麒麟・白虎などの瑞獣が配置され、内部には、牡丹の花に羽を休めている蝶を狙うにらみ猫や、富貴長寿の吉祥の図柄が施されています。細部を観察してこれらをチェックするのも楽しみ方のひとつ。御祭神は、応神天皇、仲哀天皇、神功皇后であり、厄除け・除災招福や、必勝・安産の神として祀られています。

Founded in 1607 by Date Masamune. It is designated as a national treasure as the oldest building that represents Azuchi-Momoyama architecture. The shrine is a gorgeous decoration. Cranes, phoenixes, kirins, white tigers and other water beasts are placed on the front, and inside, a peony flower with a glaring cat aiming at a butterfly resting its wings and a design of the auspicious longevity of Fuki are given. .. One of the ways to enjoy it is to observe the details and check these. The gods of worship are Emperor Ojin, Emperor Chuai, and Empress Jingu, and are enshrined as gods of warding off evil, blessing disasters, and winning and giving birth easily.
