【霧降高原】

日光市所野、赤薙山の標高約1,200mに位置する高原。6月下旬頃から開花する約26万株のニッコウキスゲをはじめとした高山植物や秋の紅葉などの豊かな自然が楽しめる。「日光市霧降高原キスゲ平園地」や「ニュー霧降キャンプ場」、「大笹牧場」などのレジャー施設や、ホテルなどの宿泊施設も整備されている。

[Kirifuri Plateau]

A plateau located at an altitude of about 1,200m on Mt. Akanagi in Tokoro, Nikko City. You can enjoy rich nature such as alpine plants such as about 260,000 daylilies that bloom from around the end of June and autumn leaves. Leisure facilities such as Nikko City Kirifuri Kogen Kisugedaira Park, New Kirifuri Campsite, and Ozasa Ranch, as well as hotels and other lodging facilities, are available.
